MOCK INTERVIEW + CAREER CONVERSATIONS

Presented by PAYPAL in partnership with Career Navigators (Mums@Work Singapore)

A 2-part skills-building session, designed to empower women by providing guidance and feedback on interviewing and career building.

With the support of Paypal's women leaders, this session will offer individual one-on-one mock interviews, and career conversations/ discussions to support female talents who plan to:

- return to work after a career break OR

- change a career path (transit in to a different role/ industry) OR

- move up in your current career 

Job Interview

Attendees will be pre-matched to a Paypal business leader, based on needs, background and suitability. This will ensure a customised, unique experience to benefit the job seeker.

2-PART TRAINING

Part 1 - One-on-One mock interview 
Don't just measure your interview readiness with puzzles and problems or in front of a mirror, practice with mock interviews that simulate a real interview!

Through an actual interview session, practice what you have learned. Get all your doubts clarified and get a detailed analysis of your performance with actionable, professional insights and personalized tips to improve upon your weak areas.
(You are encouraged to bring along your resume and also have an idea of which job function/ industry you are keen to apply to.)

Part 2: Career Conversations with Hiring managers/ HR experts.
Each attendee will then be paired with a Paypal representative on either a 1-to-1 (individual) or 2-to-1 (2 coachees to 1 coach) basis. You will get career advice on how to redesign your career plans to achieve your career goals. 

Seats are limited due to the interactive nature of the 1-on-1 mock interviews
 - so do register ASAP if you are keen.
