Whether you are returning to work after a break, considering a career shift, or simply feeling the need for clarity and direction, this coaching experience is designed to support you—practically and thoughtfully—at this stage of your life.
Mums@Work members are invited to book a 1-hour private, one-on-one coaching session with a panel of experienced coaches who understand both the realities of the workplace and the complexities of motherhood.

Time: 1-hour coaching slots between 9:00am – 1:00pm
Format: 1-on-1 private coaching session
Venue: The Trampoline by Access Singapore – Orchard Road
Cost: Subsidised rate: $58 for one 1-hour session

About the Coaches
Our panel of coaches bring deep, relevant, real-world experience and a strong understanding of the motherhood–career intersection.
They include professionals with backgrounds in:

Life coaching experts with experience walking alongside individuals through life transitions, including parenting, identity changes, and the many seasons of life.
This ensures guidance that is empathetic, practical, and grounded in real workplace and real-life scenarios.

COACHES PANEL

ALKA
Alka is a multi-lingual HR practitioner and ICF-PCC accredited coach with over 30 years of experience in HR, legal, and career development. She specialises in neuro-leadership, intercultural coaching, executive and career transitions, and has extensive experience supporting expatriates and back-to-work returners. Alka is a coach with the JumpStart Reintegration Programme (JSP) and has also supported many ladies through different career transitions and life stage changes.
DANIEL
Daniel is a senior HR leader and coach with 20+ years of experience in HR strategy, transformation, and talent development across the financial services sector. He has held regional leadership roles and now coaches individuals through career development, transitions, and leadership growth, bringing strong business and people insight to his work.
HWEE LING
Hwee Ling has over 20 years of experience in the finance industry, holding leadership roles across financial regulation, policy, human resources, strategic planning, and financial sector development, including setting up MAS’ Beijing Representative Office. For over 6 years, she has also been a Reintegration Coach with Mums@Work, supporting many women in their return-to-work journeys.

JOLYN
Jolyn is an experienced strategic planning consultant and volunteer leader who supports career uplift and coaching initiatives for women. She plays an active role in community-driven job clinics and career support programs, helping women build confidence, prepare for employment, and take practical steps forward. Known for her collaborative spirit and commitment to empowerment, Jolyn brings a grounded, people-first perspective to her coaching contribution

KAREN
Karen brings over 20 years of HR and organisational development experience across multinational companies in regional and consultancy roles. She supports individuals through career transitions, leadership development, résumé reviews, and interview preparation, and has helped many mothers return to work. Karen is a JSP Programme Manager and Professional Coach - with a background in supporting mothers back to work.

MING HUI
Ming Hui is a leadership and mindfulness coach with more than 20 years of corporate experience leading regional, high-performing teams. She integrates mindfulness and coaching to help individuals build clarity, resilience, and inner capacity. Ming Hui is a JSP Programme Manager and Work-Integrating-Life Coach with Mums@Work. In addition, Ming Hui supports women through various transitional stages in their lives, ensuring more ease and confidence.
PATTY
Patty has over 25 years of HR experience in multinational companies before transitioning into professional coaching. She supports individuals navigating career transitions, leadership challenges, and midlife changes, using tools such as MBTI and Harrison Assessment. Patty is an ICF-ACC accredited coach and JSP Programme Manager. Having had experience in hiring, Patty now works to support career seekers who need guidance in their career journeys.

SAM
Sam is a professional coach with over 6 years of coaching experience, having supported close to 200 clients across 800+ coaching hours. She specialises in mid-life and mid-career transitions, helping professional women build self-awareness, clarity, and balance. With 20+ years of corporate leadership experience in a NASDAQ-listed healthcare company, Sam brings strong commercial insight to her coaching. She is a former President of the ICF Singapore Chapter and is also a marriage and life coach.
