"Mentoring Journey With Mastercard"

April - July 2022

4 mentoring sessions, including a kick-off (In-person) event on

22 April 2022 (Friday), 1030am - 1200pm

(Only 30 places available)*

From April - July 2022, Mastercard will be conducting a mentoring programme for 30 ladies, in support of their career ambitions and aspirations. If you are a talent, planning to return to work or you are keen on career transitioning, then this mentorship programme may be suitable for you.

​

The Mentoring Journey will have 2 segments.

​

SEGMENT #1: Mastercard Mentoring Launch Event (Group Mentoring)
Date: 22 April 2022 (Friday)
Time: 10:30AM - 12:00PM
Mode: In-person at Mastercard Office 
Objective: Speed networking event for M@W mentees & Mastercard mentors. This is a kick-off launch event for the 3-month Mentoring Journey with Mastercard which commences in May 2022. After the launch event, each M@W mentee will be matched with a Mastercard mentor for Segment 2 of the mentoring journey.

SEGMENT #2​: Mentoring Journey with Mastercard (One-on-One sessions)
Date: May - Jul 2022 (3 sessions)
Frequency: At least monthly meeting (virtual or in-person)
Duration: 45min - 1hr per meeting

(Specific time & dates to be agreed upon between mentor and mentee)

Objective: Each mentor will support assigned mentee with various career tips, specifically about either (i) returning to work or (ii) career transitioning into a new job function or industry.  This may include providing one-to-one advice and support to help you achieve your career goals.

​

* As there are limited spaces for this programme, candidates will be shortlisted based on the availability of the areas of specialisation of the mentors.
