If you have a single role* to offer, you can consider listing your job in our JumpStart Job portal. For back-to-work talents, they will be enrolled in the JumpStart reintegration programme upon being confirmed for the role.

For firms with numerous roles to fill, you can design a customised online hiring campaign (with a designated recruitment site) or organise an in-person recruitment event to allow potential hires to meet face-to-face with your firm's business leaders.

OFFER RETURNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Through our Career Relaunch Programme, you can offer a train + trial work experience over 12 weeks for returning female talents. With a customised designed reintegration support from our team, we will partner your firm to recruit and manage the back to work talents on your 'returnship' programme. Following the returnship, you can offer a permanent role to the successful graduate
