Relaunch your Career is Mastercard's global return to work program. It's designed to enable experienced individuals like you, who were mid-career professionals before taking a career break. We know that transitioning back into the workforce isn't a sprint, it’s a marathon.  This program provides returners with a range of resources to support you every step of the way, because work experience means nothing without life experience.

As a returner, you can expect to be fully immersed into the organization. From the start you will have the opportunity to work on key projects and initiatives, enabling you to build on your skills and previous experience. You will receive on-the-job training, coaching, and several opportunities to learn about the business, while you develop new and existing skills.

 

Upon completion of the program, based on performance, participants will be eligible for full-time employment.

 

Relaunch your Career is for people who:

• Have taken a career break of two years or more

• Are interested in returning to work on a permanent basis 

• Have previous experience at mid-career level ideally gained in technology, financial services, e-commerce, or professional services organizations

• Are team players, collaborative, excellent relationship builders and influencers, great problem solvers and adaptable 

• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What Mastercard offers to help you find your way:

• A 16-week program based on location, on a paid fixed-term contract 

• A wealth of learning resources to help you settle in and grow – from learning about our business, to workshops on presentation and networking, online learning and coaching from managers 

• A structured orientation program 

• An engaging and stimulating project to work on 

• A buddy from day one 

• A manager who will assist you in your transition back to work, with regular check-in sessions 

• Upon completion of the program, based on performance, participants will be eligible for full-time employment
