Solutions to Fuel Cross Border Growth
This interactive breakout session divides participants into small groups of five to work collaboratively on setting up campaigns.
The session emphasizes experiential learning, allowing participants to apply campaign setup skills in a supportive environment while encouraging detailed questions and problem-solving. Pre-work and thoughtful grouping ensure participants share common goals or campaign types, maximizing synergy and learning outcomes.
By the end of the session, participants will be able to:

Identify and troubleshoot common challenges during campaign setup.

Ask and answer detailed, campaign-specific questions within their group.

Leadership Training Program:
Leading Boldly and Authentically
This interactive 2-hour training session focuses on helping women leaders recognize and break free from limiting mind traps—such as imposter syndrome, perfectionism, fear of failure, and self-doubt—that can impede their leadership potential. Through a combination of self-reflection, group discussions, and practical exercises, participants will develop strategies to build confidence, resilience, and authentic leadership presence.
By the end of the session, participants will be able to:

Understand the impact of these mind traps on decision-making, communication, and career progression.
