Career Navigators focuses on bridging the gap between employers and female talents, with a focus on two specific groups: (i) those who have taken a career hiatus, and are planning to rejoin the workforce and (ii) those keen to career transit into a new career path (job role, industry or work arrangement).
With a wealth of experience, a set of strong skills and a can-do attitude, women who are returning to the workforce, make up a talent pool that is often neglected in the hiring process. As a subsidiary of Mums@Work (Singapore), we have access to a talent pool of more than 50,000+ Professional, Managerial & Executive women.
Career Navigators celebrates gender diversity and encourages companies to support the journey of these women. Acting as a partner, we strive to deliver numerous educational, tactical and strategic projects, enabling employers and job seekers to find the perfect win-win situation.
We serve as a compass point for the woman who wants to explore new (or restart previous) career paths. Through self-discovery, training and actual hands-on experiential projects, we assist her in getting on track and being ready to ‘up her game’.
Our specialty programmes designed to support female talents & employers include JumpStart Reintegration (JSP), Work-Integration-Life Programme (WIL), Get-on-Track Programme (GoT) amongst others. All our programmes are copyrighted and facilitated by our trained career/life coaches and trainers.

For women who have taken more than 6 months of career break to look after family, we specialise in providing training support and actual back-to-work job opportunities for female talents to meet with potential employers. We also conduct educational information sessions to help job seekers understand the new changes in the workplace including industry updates, skills retaining, technological advancements etc
