ROLE 1: JumpStart Reintegration (JSP) Programme Manager (Coach) – Freelance/ Project basis

 

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Project basis (Hybrid)

​

Role is based in Singapore OR Hong Kong

 

As part of the JumpStart Reintegration Programme, the strategic role of a JSP Programme manager is critical in ensuring the support provided to returning talents.

 

As a programme manager, you will be the middleman (or woman!) between a returning talent and her supervisor. Your role will be to guide, coach and empower the returning talent as she embarks on her back-to-work journey. You will also be an integral support for the hiring supervisor – helping him/ her to navigate the new returnee into her role.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 personalised coaching to returning talents

  • Facilitate 3-way discussions between a returning talent and her supervisor, in order to ensure a smooth transition back to work

  • Guide returning talents in the exploration of their strengths, challenges and possible solutions as they begin their reintegration journey back to work.

  • Support both returning talent (and her supervisor) in coming up with solutions to problems faced in her reintegration.

  • Prepare pre-start, mid-term and full-term brief reports on the returnee’s reintegration journey to provide regular updates about assigned returnee’s reintegration progress

  • Work closely with the Career Navigators’ planning team to identify and trouble shoot any possible challenges faced by returning talents

  • Help out in Career Fairs, networking events organised by Career navigators, for supporting women returning to work.

  • Any other assigned duties

 

Job Requirements

  • A recognized degree with at least 3 years’ experience in in career coaching / life coaching/ human resources / executive search / learning and development.

  • Experience in HR is a plus (not a must)

  • Experienced coach with excellent coaching skills and ability to engage

  • Strong initiative, self-motivated, and passionate about supporting women empowerment initiatives

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Active listener with strong critical thinking and decision making skills

  • Strong organization and administration skills

  • Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in MS Office tools

  • A positive demeanor and work attitude

  • Some knowledge of industries, workplace and employer expectations is preferred but not compulsory

ROLE 2: Work-Life Integration (WIL) Coach – Freelance/ Project basis

 

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Project basis (Hybrid)

​

Role is based in Singapore OR Hong Kong

 

As part of the Work-Life Integration Programme, the JSP Coach’s role is essential as part of a company wide support programme for existing staff.

 

The focus of the programme is to provide guidance, support and coaching for parents who return to work after maternity/ paternity break. For some of our clients, this programme might also be provided to employees who take on caregiving duties of family (parents) etc.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 personalised coaching to new parents and/ or caregivers

  • Guide new parents on managing their newly acquired roles as care givers with existing work commitments.

  • Support new parents as they independently come up with new challenges in trying to achieve work-family balance.

  • Prepare full-term brief reports on the learning and progress of the new working parent.

  • Work closely with the Career Navigators’ planning team to identify and trouble shoot any possible challenges faced by the coaches.

  • Help out in Career Fairs, networking events organised by Career navigators.

  • Any other assigned duties
