Sher-li Torrey is the Founder and Director of Mums@Work Singapore, a social enterprise she started in 2010 to support women in navigating work, caregiving, career transitions and entrepreneurship. Over the past 15 years, Mums@Work has grown into a community of more than 70,000 women, partnering employers to rethink flexible work, return-to-work pathways and inclusive hiring practices.
In 2016, Sher-li co-founded Career Navigators Singapore, which focuses on helping women return to the workforce through dedicated employer programmes, career coaching and reintegration initiatives. In 2024, Mums@Work expanded into Japan and Hong Kong, extending its work with women, employers and partners across the region.
Through Mums@Work and Career Navigators, Sher-li has worked with leading organisations across sectors to support women in career re-entry, flexible work and leadership transitions. A frequent speaker, trainer and media contributor on women, work and diversity, she has spoken widely on the evolving role of women in the workplace. She currently serves on national councils including the COMPASS Council under Singapore’s Ministry of Education and the Families for Life Council under the Ministry of Social and Family Development.

With over two decades of global HR leadership experience, Rajan partners closely with senior executives to shape talent strategy, drive organizational transformation, and build inclusive, high-performing cultures in complex, fast-evolving environments. He is passionate about creating pathways for diverse talent, with a strong focus on enabling career transitions and supporting individuals returning to the workforce.

Sook Huey WONG

As the Director of Microsoft Singapore’s Public Sector business, Sook Huey leads her team to support Singapore’s vision to transform the nation through technology – a vision of not just a smart, but also an inclusive economy and society.
Sook Huey and her team are focused on how core and cutting-edge technologies including AI can be applied as enablers for government, healthcare, research and education agencies to deliver better services for Singapore citizens, residents and businesses. She aims to empower Singapore’s Public Sector through digitalization and transformation initiatives, leveraging her industry knowledge, solutioning and technical background.
Since joining Microsoft in 2013 Sook Huey has held various roles including Singapore Director of Sales for Public Safety and Defense & Intelligence, Singapore Account Director for Public Safety & National Security, Worldwide Public Sector Architect, and APAC Government Industry Executive.
Prior to Microsoft, Sook Huey spent two years at Oracle as an Enterprise Architect for Oracle Middleware and Database covering the APAC region. She was also the lead solution manager in NCS, responsible for delivering central solutions and services for government, forming strategic partnerships with vendors and customers. Sook Huey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York, and a Master’s degree in Applied Finance from Singapore Management University.

Having taken both a career break and navigated a career transition herself, Rosemary understands first-hand the courage it takes to step back in — and the critical role organisations play in making that journey possible. This perspective continues to shape her commitment to building inclusive, supportive workplaces where individuals can thrive at every stage of life and career.
