With over 5,000+ hours of executive, career and mentor coaching services; supporting the development of Individuals, high schools and universities students with affiliated trainers and facilitators in Singapore and around the region. Have successfully coached individual clients in transition with a range of results oriented services to help them during their international mobility. Designed and delivered transformational coaching programs and facilitated workshops on, leadership, career coaching, training, facilitation for the public, private and government sectors. 

 

An expert in applied neuroscience and cross-cultural psychology, bridging communication and leadership gaps across borders. Also, an aspiring artist, my inspirations comes from working with the intricacy of different cultures over the years. My motivation is to work with diverse communities around the world to make a difference through the work that I aspire to continue to do. Board Member & Advisor with Mama On Palette.

Sam has been coaching professionally for more than 6 years with close to 200 clients over 600 hours. She specialises in mid-life and career transitions, working with professional women in areas of self-awareness, life balance and life vision. Her style of coaching is intuitively in the moment, with a creative flair and focused on pragmatic results. Clients love her strong yet empathetic and supportive manner. 

 

Sam’s straight forward and authentic manner puts her clients at ease quickly. She has a knack of getting to the heart of the matter rather than working on a surface goal. Sam holds the philosophy of teaching her clients to fish rather than fish for them. Her clients are often surprised at how much they can accomplish with the clarity they get from the coaching conversations with Sam. She works best with clients who are reflective, takers of action and open-minded to explore different perspectives.

Wioleta S.

Wioleta is a trained life coach, soft skills trainer and a psychology graduate from Poland, a practitioner and promoter of a healthy, mindful and sustainable living. She is a co-founder of an India based Human Circle – an organization with a mission to enable people to connect their passion with career and purpose.

In the past she was working in multinational companies in Human Resources (Recruitment & Training). 

 

In her practice, she combines the Western science-based approach in the area of personal growth with the Eastern philosophy in order to help people to feel more fulfilled and happy, get more clarity and create a balanced lifestyle, especially during times of uncertainty.

Karen also coaches senior executives to become a more effective leader within the corporate context. Karen is a certified Senior HR Professional as well as a Professional Coach. In addition to helping organisations enhance their HR practices to attract and grow talents, she mentors and coaches Professionals and Individuals within the corporate context to develop their people management skills as well as in their career transition journey to explore their passion to discover their next career calling and pathway. Jenny is a qualified lawyer in the U.K., Singapore and Malaysia and her legal career spans over 26 years with experience as a corporate litigation attorney, an intellectual property legal counsel and a derivatives legal counsel at BP Singapore, OCBC Bank, ING Bank N.V. and BNP Paribas. She is well versed in derivatives law and has deep regulatory knowledge in financial markets. Jenny is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with experience of over 800 coaching hours. She is a professional life coach who runs her own coaching practice. She believes in empowering introverts to be successful on their own terms.

Norzlin has 20 years of experience as a Learning & Development expert, working across APAC with international organisations. Highly passionate about talent learning & professional development, Norzlin branched in to transformative coaching to fulfill her passion to empower professionals.Over the years, she has worked with professionals to support their journey at work. As part of the panel of managers of the JumpStart Reintegration Programme, Norzlin has walked alongside many back-to-work female talents. Ming Hui

Ming Hui is a leadership coach, trainer and mindfulness instructor with over twenty years corporate experience leading regional high-performing teams in supply chain, market development, finance, and HR. Harnessing her own transformative mindfulness journey, she is committed to empowering individuals and teams to flourish by accessing their inner strengths and expanding their core capacity. 

Ming Hui is also a Trained Teacher in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Mindfulness: Teaching in the Workplace, certified by the University of Oxford Mindfulness Foundation. 

 

Authentic, culturally sensitive and multilingual, she has worked with clients from various industries across Asia Pacific.  Clients say that Ming Hui asks them questions they ought to ask themselves but don’t, uncovering insights that propel them towards their intended goals.

She particularly enjoys seeing clients grow in their self-love, self-awareness, and resilience. 

Shoni facilitates training and talks on a variety of topics including active listening, optimizing your mindset, overcoming procrastination, and leveraging self-talk. She has delivered talks and training to a variety of institutions, including Singapore’s Health Promotion Board, McMaster University, Campus Impact, and multiple podcasts and online courses. Each person has potential for greatness and Shoni is honoured to journey alongside others towards this.

Patty C.

Patty began her Human Resources career with reputable multi-national companies in both business partner and regional operation roles for over 25 years. In 2014, it marked a major milestone for Patty turned from a HR practitioner to a professional coach. She provides career and life coaching with clients who are in facing challenges at a career transition stage, leadership development or encounter midlife transition.  

Patty originally from Hong Kong and now based in Singapore. She received her business degree with Monash University Australia. She speaks fluent Cantonese and English. She obtained her (ACC) Credential of International Coaching Federation (ICF) since 2018 and a trained mediator in Hong Kong.

Outside of the office, Patty enjoys travelling and meetup friends with good food.

Susan started her coaching career as a facilitator and coach in Singapore in 2015. She coached executives and facilitated leadership development programs across Southeast Asia with several Global Finance and Technology firms. As an Executive Career Coach, Susan worked in partnership with people who find themselves looking to enhance their professional footprint. Whether it's to advance their career with the same organisation or to explore opportunities externally. It could be a change in location, a new team, a promotion, transiting into a new environment or returning into the work place after a career break. Susan enjoys working with her clients to bring attention to their strengths and values while recognising the importance of them in order to thrive. She also works with a number of leadership tools during coaching sessions such as communication style, presence, influence and empathy which, all work towards creating more authentic, positive and professional relationships.
